More than just a fanmeeting with the special effects and lasers, turning it into a concert just for the henecian and triple-s who went.  

04.05.2012, marks the very beginning of Kim Hyun Joong 2012 Asia Tour Fanmeet. The perfectionist embarked on the journey to his very first stop in Singapore on the second day of May, 02.05.2012. Having a warm welcome at the airport, in his usual casual style jeans, covered shoe, singlet and long trench coat with shades, he never fail to bring the excitement to the people, especially me. 

Not the first time seeing him up closed, the very first korean crush of mine back in 2009. Time flies, and i saw him for the fourth time where i never missed any of his trip. However, i was really struggling hard if i should attend this time round due to the long hiatus from fangirl-ing moment but i can’t stop the temptation and got the ticket very last minute with my girls. 

Caught a few glimpse of him at the arrival hall, and i know he saw my board and stared at it for a few seconds. That was the happiest time of my life, i thought. Then, fast forward to the fanmeeting a.k.a concert. That very moment when i stepped in, i knew i will regret if i didn’t make it and the instinct was right. 

The unpredictable guy, turned the fanmeet into a concert with special effects such as indoor pyrotechnics, laser, confetti cannon for the u:zoosin bank note also the high technology video editing techniques. One of the most amazing fanmeet i’ve ever gone to, having to listen to 15songs and some fans talk interview with fans interaction. What is there more to ask for? It’s Kim Hyun Joong, the perfectionist who always want the best for everything. Towards the end of the show, he teared upon recalling how much effort he has had put into the planning of the show and how glad he is to see it being so successful that night. Singing the past solo songs, especially Gomapda the very first solo song he had few years back also my favourite song on being thankful which he dedicated to all of us. Speaking in hangul, but sometimes english. I am glad he did make an effort to speak some because almost everyone knew how bad his english used to be! hahaha. 

And yes, a High-Five session for every attendees that night after the show. Was the last few batch to go up to the stage, then the moment i remembered the most was that i kept looking out for the U:ZooSin note on the floor at the pen area, but to no avail. Then moments before stepping on the stage, i saw one just directly at the side of the steps up to the stage. The very first reaction of mine was, bend down and grab it, scaring the shit outta the security on duty and he said ‘Thank You’ to me wanting to snatch the note but i ran up with my girls. Did some stunt on stage, and i got his attention by making him feel lost. -secret- 

The expression was priceless, and precious. The real kimhyunjoong that i manage to caught with my own eyes, not just a smile which he was supposed to put on no matter how tired he gets. Thank you, the God of Universe. You are not alone, never alone.

You said that, ‘My name is Hyun Joong Kim. I rule the universe. I come as a star, go as a star. But if I and if you, if we don’t forget each other, then I’m a star, your star forever in your heart.’ ; You are my star, forever my star. I can never forget how your that one smile can brighten up my day instantly without any much effort. I can never forget how i get out from distress just by having you as my role model. The one who has referent and charismatic power! 

The fourth time i get to see you personally, third time up-closed, one time personal touched. Thank you for everything. Please continue to be so awesome, and i will see you soon.
